ℹ️ 1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to SoldItOut.store („we,” „us,” „our”). By accessing or using our website (the „Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions („Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Website or make a purchase.
📦 2. Products & Orders
- Product Information: We strive to display product colours, images, and specifications accurately. However, minor variations do not constitute a fault and are not grounds for a refund. All products are subject to availability.
- Pricing: Prices are in GBP (ÂŁ) and inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. We are not responsible for bank fees or currency conversion charges.
- Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer only when we dispatch the goods and send you a shipment confirmation email. Until that point, we reserve the right to cancel any order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, with a full refund.
👤 3. Your Obligations
You confirm you are at least 18 years old. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Products are for personal, non-commercial use only. Any resale requires our prior written consent.
đźšš 4. Shipping & Delivery
- Estimated Timeframe: We provide estimated delivery timeframes for information only. The standard delivery estimate is approximately 10 business days from dispatch. This is not a guaranteed delivery date.
- Delivery Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events beyond our control. A delay does not entitle you to cancel an order that has already been dispatched.
- Address & Customs: You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. For orders shipped internationally, you are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. The risk of loss/damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
🔄 5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
- Returns Authorisation: You must contact us at support@solditout.store to obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number before returning any item. Returns without an RMA will be refused.
- Cancellation Right: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to cancel an order for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). The item must be unused, in original packaging, with tags attached.
- Return Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty: personal care items, intimate apparel, earrings, and customised goods.
- Inspection & Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. We may refuse a refund or deduct value if an item is used, damaged, or not in its original condition.
- Faulty Goods: For items faulty upon arrival, please contact us. Your statutory rights are not affected.
⚖️ 6. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim shall be limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity.
- This limitation does not apply to liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud.

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to: supplier issues, acts of God, war, terrorism, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, or major IT failures.
⚖️ 9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue amicably.
