⏳ 1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping partners within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and UK public holidays) after your payment has been authorised and cleared.

Processing includes order verification, preparation, and quality control before dispatch. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

📦 2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: The estimated delivery time is approximately 10 business days from the date of dispatch. „Business days” are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Important: Please note that this is an estimate provided by our carriers and not a guaranteed delivery date. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, carrier backlog, weather conditions, or local disruptions. A delay in delivery does not entitle you to cancel an order that has already been dispatched.

🚛 3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We work with a network of trusted logistics partners and carriers, which are selected based on the product, destination, and service level. The specific carrier for your order will be chosen at our discretion to ensure the most reliable service available.

🔍 4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfilment centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order confirmation, please contact us.

🌍 5. International Orders & Customs

  • Some of our products are shipped from international fulfilment centres to provide you with the best selection and prices.
  • Import Duties and Taxes: For orders shipped across international borders, you are the importer of record and are solely responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs clearance fees that may be levied by your country’s authorities.
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure.

🏠 6. Delivery Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of order. We are not liable for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.
  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, re-shipping fees will apply to send the order again.

📭 7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

  • „Delivered” Status: If the carrier’s tracking information states that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with neighbours, household members, or your local postal depot. We cannot be held responsible for parcels once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • Damaged Parcels: If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damage and the packaging.
  • Investigation of Lost Parcels: A parcel may be considered lost if there has been no tracking update for 30 consecutive days from the date of dispatch. We will assist you in opening an investigation with the carrier. Please note that carrier investigations can take time.

⚖️ 8. Our Responsibilities

  • ✅ We are responsible for: correctly dispatching your order to the address you provided and using reputable shipping partners.
  • ❌ We are not responsible for: delays, losses, or damages caused by the shipping carrier, customs authorities, or any event beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics). We are also not responsible for any import fees or for parcels that are reported as delivered by the carrier.

📬 9. Failed Delivery & Collection

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will usually leave a card with instructions for collection from a local depot. It is your responsibility to collect the parcel within the timeframe specified by the carrier. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, re-shipping fees will apply.

📦 10. Multiple Shipments

Larger orders or orders containing items from different locations may be shipped in separate parcels. You will not be charged extra shipping fees, and you will receive separate tracking details for each shipment.

✏️ 11. Order Modifications & Cancellations

If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to modify or cancel an order once it has entered the processing or dispatch phase.

✍️ 12. Signature on Delivery

For security, some orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you instruct the carrier to leave the parcel without a signature (where this option is available), you assume all risks of loss or theft once the carrier marks the delivery as complete.

🛡️ 13. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any issues with shipping or delivery is limited exclusively to the purchase price of the affected product(s).
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from a delayed, lost, or damaged shipment, including but not limited to loss of profit, income, or business opportunity.

💡 14. Customer Best Practices

To ensure a smooth delivery, we recommend you:

  • Provide a full and accurate delivery address, including a postcode.
  • Use a delivery address where someone is available to accept the parcel during business hours.
  • Monitor your tracking information and follow any instructions from the carrier.
  • Contact us promptly if you encounter any issues.
